Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Biiblo, provided by Biiblo Technologies Ltd. ("Biiblo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Biiblo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Biiblo gives African developers everything they need to launch and run a professional agency — prospecting, contracts, delivery, and payments in one place. Features include lead prospecting and outreach, AI-assisted lead scoring and message drafting, contracts and e-signature, project delivery tracking, and a public portfolio page.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Biiblo.
• Notify us immediately at production.funtechs@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Biiblo lets you optionally connect your own Gmail account so you can send lead-outreach emails directly from Biiblo, using your Gmail address as the sender. We only ever request send-only access to your Gmail account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You, not Biiblo, are responsible for the content and recipients of every message you send — whether via connected Gmail, WhatsApp links, SMS links, or copy/paste. That includes complying with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR, or Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act) wherever your recipients are located, only contacting businesses you have a legitimate reason to reach, honoring opt-out/unsubscribe requests, and not using Biiblo to send unsolicited bulk, deceptive, or harassing messages.

To protect your Gmail account from being flagged for spam, we apply a daily sending limit and a short minimum delay between messages when you send through the app. We may suspend the Gmail-send feature (without suspending your account) if we detect abuse.

You agree not to:

• Use Biiblo for spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful outreach.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse data obtained through the platform (including lead data or AI-generated content) in violation of applicable law or a third-party service's own terms (e.g. Google's).
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Biiblo's systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a business when using outreach or contract features.
• Use the service to violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

AI features (lead scoring, website audits, outreach drafts) are provided as a starting point and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given lead. You're responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sending or relying on it. Biiblo doesn't guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

• Some features (AI scoring, audits, message generation) consume monthly credits, which refill on a set schedule and can be topped up with paid credit packs.
• The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase that removes certain structural limits, described on the pricing/settings page at time of purchase.
• All fees are in the currency and amount shown at checkout and are processed by our third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits or Pro access are granted.
• We may change pricing going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to credits you've already purchased.

You retain ownership of the business data, leads, contracts, and content you add to Biiblo. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service (e.g. showing your public portfolio, generating a contract PDF, sending your outreach message).

Biiblo's software, design, and branding are owned by Biiblo Technologies Ltd. and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

Biiblo relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google APIs, OpenAI, and our payment processor) to operate. Your use of features built on those services is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

You may stop using Biiblo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law — we'll try to give notice where reasonably possible.

Biiblo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads/AI outputs will result in any particular business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biiblo Technologies Ltd. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Biiblo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless applicable local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
